Real is proud to have won the following awards for our work. 

HR Magazine's Top 100 Most Influential 2007 2007 - HR 100 Most Influential People: Real People’s HR Director, Helen Giles, was nominated externally for this list and voted in at No 76.  She is one of only two HR Directors in the list from the charitable sector.

National Training Awards 2006 Current - We received a National Training Award in 2006 (this is the latest year) for our internally delivered management development training programme.
Leadership and Management Current - We helped Broadway achieve this award in 2004 and were the first London based organisation and the first charity to achieve this standard. This award is from IIP and is a more advanced standard awarded to organisations that can demonstrate excellence in their development of leadership and management skills and a high quality of people management.
Investor in People Current - We have held this standard since 1997 and have had several reviews where our practices in managing and developing staff performance and communicating with our staff have been highly commended.
Positive About Disabled People Current - We were awarded with the Two Ticks Positive About Disabled People standard in April 2005 for meeting the five commitments to recruit, support and develop disabled applicants and employees and can develop other organisations to achieve this standard.
Best Company 2007 award 2007 - Again our internal consultancy services helped Broadway to achieve two stars in best companies accreditation. Broadway has achieved 2 stars within the in the Best Companies Accreditation Standard for 2007, where one star is first class, two stars are outstanding, and three stars are extraordinary.

Best Company 2006 award 2006 - We won Best Learning & Development Strategy in the Human Resources  Excellence Awards 2006. We re-achieved our IIP award and our Leadership and Management Award. In addition we achieved a one-star award from the Best Companies accreditation.
The Sunday Times best small companies to work for award 2005 - In 2005 we achieved a place in The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies To Work For in our first year of entering.
Britain's Top Employers award 2005 - We achieved a listing in the Guardian top employers list for 2005 run by the Corporate Research Foundation
National Training Awards 2005 2005 - We received a Regional Training Award (Greater London Region) from the National Training Awards for Management Development Programme.
Third Sector award 2005 - We were the winner Best HR Strategy in Third Sector magazine’s Excellence Awards 2005
National Training Awards 2004 2004 - Highly commended for our Frontline worker Trainee Scheme from The National Training Awards.
Personnel Today awards 2004 - Helen Giles our HR Director was one of four finalists for the highly prestigious award from Personnel Today for HR Director of the year based on her excellent HR leadership following the merger which created Broadway.
